We want your views on the staging of long-term events in the Park Lands and how these events should be managed.

    Background

'Create multi-year agreements for significant major events' is a project of the Adelaide Park Lands Events Management Plan. Under the Local Government Act 1999, Council has the delegation to issue licences for up to five years to major event organisers. This is the first time that City of Adelaide has sought to implement long term event licences.

    Project Information

We would like to inform the community of the programming of multi-year event licences throughout the Adelaide Park Lands during the period September 2017 –December 2022. We invite responses from stakeholders to gauge support for the events to proceed and whether there are any other measures that could be put in place to lessen the impacts of the events.

This feedback will help build well run events throughout the City.
