Where should I put my cardboard?

    Participants in the Pilot will be encouraged to place cardboard in the recycling bin as the current business cardboard collection service presented loose on the footpath, will be replaced with cardboard collected from within the recycling bin.

    Which days will Pilot bins be collected?

    Businesses who are participating in the pilot will have their Council bins collected weekly on the following days:

     

    Which days will non-participating businesses and residents have their bins collected?

    Business and residents in Melbourne Street who are not participating in the pilot will have their Council bins collected on the following normal bin days:




     

    How do I provide my feedback?

    We are interested in how the Pilot works for you. There are a number of ways in which you can provide feedback:

    Pre-Pilot Survey
    Complete the Pre-Pilot Survey which asks questions about your current waste management practices and an opportunity for general comments. Please submit this by Friday 2 December 2016.

    Online/Website

    Council has a dedicated website that provides an opportunity for quick and efficient online feedback. Visit yoursay.adelaidecitycouncil.com for information about the Pilot and online ways to provide your comments. Alternatively comments can be emailed to yoursay@adelaidecitycouncil.com

    What happens to my feedback?

    We will review your feedback to learn about whether the pilot was effective, what could be improved and what worked well.  This will help to make decisions about how to shape this service in the future.

    How do I know my feedback has been received?

    All feedback forms or correspondence will be acknowledged either by email or in writing so that you know your comments/feedback has been received.
