What happens to my feedback and submission?
All feedback and submissions will be collated into a report and presented to Council for careful consideration before finalsing the Business Plan and Budget for 2012-2013.
The report and all submissions/feedback will be publicly available.
How else can I provide my feedback?
There are a number of ways you can provide your feedback:
Online, by completing the electronic Feedback Form.
Online, by providing an electronic Formal Submission.
By submitting a hard copy/printed Feedback Form. Forms available from Council's libraries and community centres (various locations), the Customer Centre 25 Pirie Street or by calling 8203 7203.
By posting a written submission to: Picture Adelaide, GPO Box 2252, Adelaide SA 5001.
Visit us in the 'Planning Lab' and talk with our friendly staff, located at 25 Pirie Street (open Monday to Friday 8:30am to 5:30pm, excluding public holidays).
Council is also hosting an open-house information session on 17 May 2012 from 11:30am to 6:30pm in the Adelaide Town Hall. You can simply drop in for more information or talk to staff about the Draft Business Plan & Budget, the Draft Integrated Movement Strategy, and the Draft Strategic Plan.
There will be a public hearing in the Adelaide Town Hall on 29 May 2012 at 5:30pm where individuals can speak to their submission. Please indicate on your submission if you wish to speak at the public hearing and we will contact you with further information.
How do I know my feedback has been received?
All feedback forms, submissions or correspondence will be acknowledged so that you know your comments/feedback has been received.
