How do I provide my feedback?

    You can make a submission on the draft 2019-20 Integrated Business Plan by midnight on Wednesday 29 May 2019.

    The draft 2018-19 Integrated Business Plan and the Consultation Pack can be viewed here on this website or at the City of Adelaide’s Customer Centre (25 Pirie Street, Adelaide), libraries and community centres.

    All submissions/comments must be received by no later than midnight on Wednesday 29 May 2019 for them to be given due consideration. Any submissions received after this date will not be considered as part of this current budget process.

    There are several ways in which you can provide feedback:

    Submission Form 
    Complete the submission form which asks specific questions about the draft 2019-20 Integrated Business Plan and provides an opportunity for general comments. This submission form can be found and completed online by clicking here.

    Public Meeting

    Public Submissions and Q&A with Elected Members

    You can nominate to speak in support of your submission at a public meeting to be held in the Adelaide Town Hall at 5:00pm on Tuesday 28 May 2019.

    If you would like to speak at this meeting, please indicate this in your submission form or your written submission and a City of Adelaide staff member will contact you with further information.

    All feedback and submissions will be acknowledged either by email or in writing so that you know your comments have been received.

    Your feedback is important to us. The City of Adelaide staff will collate all feedback and this report will be presented to Council for consideration.

    Following the consideration of feedback, it is envisaged that the 2019-20 Integrated Business Plan will be presented to Council for adoption on 25 June 2019.

    All formal submissions received can be viewed online after the adoption of the  2019-20 Integrated Business Plan at yoursay.cityofadelaide.com.au

    Submissions may influence decisions not only for this Annual Business Plan but also for future years as well.
