Council is required to prepare and adopt a Community Land Management Plan (CLMP) for community land under its ownership. This is a requirement pursuant to Section 196 of the Local Government Act 1999. The Proposed CLMP for the North Adelaide Post Office complex was endorsed for consultation on May 22 2012.
The North Adelaide Post Office at 166 Tynte Street North Adelaide, purchased in July 2011,is under the care and control of the Adelaide City Council so a new CLMP is required.
