The Competition

Complete the Active Ambassador Survey on YourSay Adelaide to win a $100 Rebel Sports Voucher! Each person completing the survey will go into a prize draw for a $100 Rebel Sports voucher. Surveys must be completed by Friday 24 July 2015.

Terms and Conditions

  1. Competition is only open to people who have registered to receive the Active Ambassador e-newsletter.
  2. All surveys must be received by Friday 24 July 2015. Any surveys received after this time will not be included in the prize draw.
  3. Only one registration will be accepted per email address.
  4. The Winner will be randomly selected on Monday 27 July 2015 at 9.00am and will be notified via the supplied email address by 5.00pm.
  5. If the winner doesn’t respond within seven days of notification email, an alternative winner will be randomly selected.
  6. The prize is a $100 Rebel Sports Voucher.
  7. Adelaide City Council reserves the right to cancel this competition or withdraw the prize.
  8. The decision in relation to any aspect of this competition is final and no further correspondence will be entered into.
  9. The Adelaide City Council makes no representation, expressly or implied, as to the quality, reliability or suitability of the prize and expressly disclaims any liability.
