Complete the Active Ambassador Survey on YourSay Adelaide to win a $100 Rebel Sports Voucher! Each person completing the survey will go into a prize draw for a $100 Rebel Sports voucher. Surveys must be completed by Friday 24 July 2015.
Terms and Conditions
- Competition is only open to people who have registered to receive the Active Ambassador e-newsletter.
- All surveys must be received by Friday 24 July 2015. Any surveys received after this time will not be included in the prize draw.
- Only one registration will be accepted per email address.
- The Winner will be randomly selected on Monday 27 July 2015 at 9.00am and will be notified via the supplied email address by 5.00pm.
- If the winner doesn’t respond within seven days of notification email, an alternative winner will be randomly selected.
- The prize is a $100 Rebel Sports Voucher.
- Adelaide City Council reserves the right to cancel this competition or withdraw the prize.
- The decision in relation to any aspect of this competition is final and no further correspondence will be entered into.
