Why do we need a Parklands Event Management evaluation?
Council wants to review the success of event facilitation in the parklands, as well as initiatives such as the Fee Free waiver, for continuous improvements and for community input on future decision making.

What is an Economic Impact Report?
The City of Adelaide has access to an economy .id community tool that measures the economic benefit of an event on the City and produces an individualised Economic Impact Report.
This calculator alone cannot determine which events have been successful, however it can analyse the economic impact an event has had across a range of economic measures such as output, employment, wages and salaries and local jobs.
In order to receive an individualised Economic Impact Report, please complete all questions on the survey and provide your email address. This report could be used as evidence of benefit to the City when, for example, applying for event funding or grants.
