AHS Rowing Club: Proposed 21 Year Lease

In October 2013, the Adelaide High School Rowing Club is applied for a 21 year lease over community land, that being, a portion of Karrawirra (Park 12). Under the Local Government Act 1999, Councils are required to formally undertake public consultation for a lease or licence over community land.

    The lease application recieved from the Adelaide High School Rowing Club has been granted and finalised.

    A report containing the consultation results was endorsed by Council in December 2013. Negotiations continue with the lessee. Watch this space for further updates.
