City Skate Park - Update 4 February 2020

In late 2019 Convic facilitated a number of community workshops and an online survey to gather ideas and understand user requirements to inform the design of the new City Skate Park.

A summary of the pre-design consultation outcomes can be viewed here.

The design team are now undertaking the necessary geo-technical site investigations which are critical to ensure the long term sustainability of the new skate facility.

Convic will then finalise the concept design which will be presented back to the community for further consultation and feedback to ensure the final design reflects community needs, user requirements and the project vision.

City Skate Park - Update

Convic an internationally renowned specialist skate park designer, is working with the City of Adelaide and the City Skate Advisory Group (see below) to prepare a design for the new skate park.

The first round of consultation has now closed. Thanks to everyone who contributed through either the community workshops or the online survey. All feedback is now being considered in the development of the design concept.

Further consultation will be undertaken in the coming months once the initial design is completed.
