The climate is changing, and the science is clearer than ever on the ways that human activities are negatively impacting the world around us. The City of Adelaide has committed to playing our part in the urgent need to reduce greenhouse gas emissions worldwide, whilst fostering economic prosperity, liveability, and wellbeing, particularly within the context of our recovery from COVID. For us, this predominantly means more energy efficient buildings generating and using renewable electricity, a shift to low emission transport, and reducing waste to landfill.
