Maxcon Constructions:

  • The road closure of Pulteney Street between North Terrace and Rundle Street
  • The closure of one north bound lane on Pulteney Street between Grenfell Street and Rundle Street, allowing for a right turn onto Rundle Street only.
  • Both will be implemented from Friday 7/2/2020 6.00 pm to 12.00 midnight, Saturday 8/2/2020 6.00 am to 7.00 pm and Sunday 9/2/2020 6.00 am to 7.00 pm.
  • *dates and times may be changed to Friday 20/3/2020 6.00 pm to midnight, Saturday 21/3/2020 6.00 am to 7.00 pm and Sunday 22/3/2020 6.00 am to 7.00 pm)

NB – Above times are based on an exemption from the Local Nuisance and Litter Control Act being obtained.

Before granting an authorisation or permit, CoA is legislatively required under Section 223 of The Local Government Act 1999 (SA)to consult the public following receipt of an application for a CWP for works 'that would result in any part of a road being fenced, enclosed or partitioned so as to impede the passage of traffic to a material degree'.
