The full road closure of Melbourne Street between West Pallant Street and East Pallant Street to facilitate the Tower Crane Removal at 69 Melbourne Street on the following dates*

7.00 am Saturday 11 June 2022 to 7.00 pm Sunday 12 June 2022 .

(*in the event of unforeseen circumstances alternative commencement dates for the works are either 18 June 2022, 25 June 2022, 2 July 2022, 9 July 2022, 16 July 2022).

Before granting an authorisation or permit, City of Adelaide is legislatively required under Section 223 of The Local Government Act 1999 (SA) to consult the public following receipt of an application for a City Works Permit for works 'that would result in any part of a road being fenced, enclosed or partitioned so as to impede the passage of traffic to a material degree'.
