Maxcon: Closure of Penny Place between Carrington Street and Seymour Place from Monday 16/11/2020 7.00 am to Friday 20/11/202 7.00 pm, with the road reopening each evening at 5 pm till 7.00 am the following morning *.
(*in the event of unforeseen circumstances alternative commencement dates for the works are either 23rd or 30th November 2020).
Consultation was open from 6 October to 5pm, Tuesday 27 October 2020. PERMIT APPROVED. WORK SCHEDULED FOR 16/11/20.
Synergy Construct: West bound closure of a section of North Terrace for the installation of bollards and hoarding (at 203 North Terrace) from 5.30am to 9.00 pm Wednesday 7 October 20*, followed by a full west-bound road closure each night from 9.00 pm until 5.30 am until Saturday 10th October 20 for the purpose of installing bollards and construction site hoardings at this site. The closure of this section of North Terrace will then revert to a full-time single west bound lane closure until 19 December 2021 to facilitate the major development at this location. Traffic management plans can be viewed in the information pack.

Hindmarsh Constructions: Request to close Market Street from 1-2 August and 15 -16 August 2020:
For the dismantling and removal of the material hoist (1 -2 August 2020*) and facade completion works (15 -16 August 2020*).

The road closure of Hurtle Square between Pope Street and Carrington Street, with full road and footpath closure on Hurtle Square (north/south direction) at 22-26 Hurtle Square on Tuesday 31/03/2020 from 7.00 am to 7.00 pm Tuesday 7/07/2020. APPROVED.
*Please note*: the proposed dates for works in Hurtle Square by Forme Contracting, which had been recently amended to the new dates specified below, have now been delayed until further notice due to the COVID-19 situation. As such, Forme Contracting requested a cancellation of their current permit application and they will reapply for the road closure permit once they have new firm dates established.
