What area will be occupied by the event in Victoria Square/ Tarntanyangga (South)?

How long would the proposed event be in the park?
The event setup would commence from Monday 24 May, 2021 and pull down would be completed by Friday, 10 September 2021. The event period would be from Wednesday 23 June, 2021 to Sunday 29 August, 2021.
What would the operating hours be?
Will there be any event noise from the site?
Ambient music will be played in the front of house spaces while the event is running and a music score will accompany the exhibition inside the pavilion structure.
Sound levels will be monitored throughout the event to ensure that the maximum event noise levels as set out by the City of Adelaide’s Event Amplified Sound Management Guidelines are not exceeded.
Will any pathways be obstructed by the event?
Yes, one pathway, the western-most North/ South pathway will be partially obstructed by the event footprint. Usual access to the eastern-most North/ South pathway will be maintained at all times.
How will the event protect Victoria Square/ Tarntanyangga (South) during its occupancy?
As a condition of any Event Licence, the applicant must undertake rigorous site management, centred around the protection and care of the Park Land environment. This requirement would include but is not limited to the following:
