Pursuant to Section 92(5) of the Local Government Act 1999, notice was given that Council is undertaking a review of its Code of Practice – Access to Council and Committee Meeting and Documents.
Consultation on policy documents provided the opportunity for people to provide feedback in the development of these documents.
Following the consultation process, all feedback received was presented to Council for consideration before the Code was adopted.
