Thank you for your feedback. Council has approved the issue of the licence to TPG Network Ltd. The Community Land Management Plan: Off Street Car Parking Facilities has been updated, and was approved by Council on 26 February 2019.

Project Information and Background

The City of Adelaide is seeking feedback on the offer of a long-term licence to TPG Network Pty Ltd for the installation of telecommunications infrastructure in Dunn Street Car Park in support of the Ten Gigabit Adelaide project. The equipment will occupy one car-parking space and will enable local business to connect to the high-speed Ten Gigabit Adelaide network.

Pursuant to Section 202 (1) (2) & (5) of the Local Government Act 1999, the City of Adelaide is required to consult with the public when it seeks to grant a licence over community land for a term of five years or greater.
