Located on the south side of the Veale Park / Walyu Yarta (Park 21), the building referred to as PR44052B is a single sports changeroom, containing 3 toilets and small kitchenette to support the adjacent courts (see Image 4 – Option 2 Facility and Floor Plan).
The facility is a fenced facility, providing access only to the successful proponent. It includes 2 tennis courts and a generous open space around the courts. All car parking and access is maintained on and from Greenhill Road and Sir Lewis Cohen Ave.
