Option 3: Facility Details – Building Reference: PR44096B

Located on the south-eastern side of the Veale Park / Walyu Yarta (Park 21), the building referred to as PR44096B is a sports changeroom to facilitate sport activation on the adjacent playing fields (see Image 5 - Option 3 Facility and Floor Plan). More recently partition walling has been installed to create 2 changerooms and a storage area for sport equipment (not shown on the plan). The adjacent playing field is approximately 2.1ha and accommodates 2 full size soccer fields and a third small field with lighting. All car parking and access is maintained on and from Greenhill Road and Sir Lewis Cohen Ave.
