Do you need a space for sports and recreational activities? Are you a not-for-profit sporting organisation or education institute? If you answered yes to any of these, we have the perfect opportunity for you!

Council is seeking expression of interests from not-for-profit sporting organisations and education institutes to activate the sporting facilities in Walyu Yarta (Park 21). The facilities include 3 soccer fields, lighting and a sports building, approximately 75 sqm as well as an additional open grassed area to the west. This opportunity provides you the option to lease both A and B together or separately (see Map on the right). Please note that the sports building is only leased with option A.

The vision for Walyu Yarta (Park 21), in line with Council’s ‘Sports Infrastructure Master Plan’, is to provide a metropolitan soccer hub in the south that is available for club, school and community use and provides a venue for state and regional level events and tournaments. All submissions will be considered and assessed against the selection criteria and taken into account along with the Master Plan’s vision for Walyu Yarta (Park 21).
