Why is the City of Adelaide calling for expressions of interest in this area which is used by existing licence holders?

An interest in redeveloping the sports buildings in Kurangga (Park 20) brings into play the City of Adelaide’s Park Lands Leasing and Licensing Policy which requires expressions of interest occur in circumstances where proposals could affect the future of the Park.

How does this effect existing users?

Existing users will continue to operate during the expressions of interest process and are eligible to participate in the EOI process.

Which areas of Kurangga (Park 20) are affected?
