The City of Adelaide is seeking expressions of interest to lease two separate rowing club buildings in Red Gum Park / Karrawirra (Park 12) along the River Torrens/Karrawirra Pari (see Location Map here or opposite).

Background

The area which is the subject of this Expression of Interest is shown on the Expression of Interest Lease Map.

Currently, St Peters College (South Bank) and Christian Brothers College (North Bank) lease these buildings and operate their rowing program from this location.

This Expression of Interest process has been triggered by the expiration of the current leasing arrangements and it is a requirement of the Adelaide Park Lands Leasing and Licencing Policy that an Expression of Interest process be undertaken before the consideration of any new tenure (including the renewal of a lease or licence) in the Park Lands.
