Event Background & Application Details

The event set up is scheduled to start on Monday 26 September with pull down to be completed by Monday 24 October 2016. Performances will take place from Thursday 29 September to Sunday 23 October 2016 and will attract up to 500 people per show. The number of shows will vary dependent upon the day and there will be a maximum of three shows per day. Performances will take place at 10:30 am, 2:00 pm, 3:30 pm or 7:00 pm.
Event infrastructure proposed for the Park Lands includes:
Associated marquees and tented structures with tiered seating.
Staging and/or rigging equipment with public address system and lighting
Food Service - catering/selling vans or booths.
Amusement rides and sideshows.
Waste Management equipment.
Animal enclosures.
Temporary fencing.
