The organiser of Hudsons Circus (Hudsons Circus Pty Ltd) has submitted an event licence application to Council for the use of Bonython Park/ Tulya Wardli from Thursday 29 September to Sunday 23 October 2016.

Before Council can approve an application for a Park Lands Event Licence, we are required to consult with you as the event may:

a) occupy (‘alienate’) the Park Lands for more than three event days, or

b) significantly impact public access to a particular Park Land area for more than three days.
