Detailed Consultation Information

What would we like you to do?

We would like your feedback on SA Fun Run’s permit application to stage Fun Run in the city on Sunday 18 September 2022, which would require the temporary closure of city roads (see Fig.1 below) that would significantly impact the passage of traffic in the city.

How do I provide feedback?

You can provide your feedback here or by clicking on the 'Provide feedback' tab below.

Why are we asking you to do this?

Under the Local Government Act 1999, Council is required to conduct public consultation before it can grant a permit for a business purpose - in this instance the staging of the Fun Run – if the purpose that is being staged on the road would significantly impede the passage of traffic to a material degree. Selected city roads would need to be closed during the Fun Run – see table above.

How long do I have to provide feedback?

You have until 5pm, Tuesday 19 July 2022 to provide feedback. All feedback must be received by Council by this date.
