The previous guidelines for the Mobile Food Vending Program were developed in consultation with mobile food vendors, local businesses and the general public and were endorsed by Council in May 2013. The guidelines were endorsed until June 2015, when a review of the Program would be undertaken to determine if it continued to align with Council’s objectives.
The proposed draft Mobile Food Vending Guidelines for the August 2015 consultation took into consideration the needs of all stakeholders to produce the best outcome for the community and the City.
