Consultation has concluded
Moscow Circus has been touring Australia in their current format since 2008 and last visited the Park Lands in 2011.
Council has received an application from Moscow Circus for the use of Bonython Park / Tulya Wardli to enable the circus to take place between 24 September and 12 October 2014.
Before council can grant a temporary event lease we are required to
consult with the community as it may affect their access to the Park
Lands.

Council has granted a
temporary lease to the organiser of Moscow Circus for the use of Bonython Park/
Tulya Wardli from 22 September – 13 October 2014 in accordance with the Event
Impact Statement contained in Attachment A to Item 11 on the Agenda for the
meeting of the City Culture & Community Services Committee held on 1 July
