Council has granted a temporary lease to the organiser of Moscow Circus for the use of Bonython Park/ Tulya Wardli from 22 September – 13 October 2014 in accordance with the Event Impact Statement contained in Attachment A to Item 11 on the Agenda for the meeting of the City Culture & Community Services Committee held on 1 July 2014.
