What is Council seeking feedback on?
Council is seeking your feedback regarding the proposed festival and whether there is support or otherwise for the event to proceed.
Additionally, we are seeking to understand from you whether there is anything in the event management approach (as per Attachment A - Event Considerations) that could be changed to minimise any perceived impacts on the community and surrounding environment/stakeholders.

Who has the final say on whether the event proceeds?
Following consultation a report will be prepared for presentation to Council for their consideration in February/ March 2018 in relation to this proposal.
The report will include the outcomes of the consultation. Council has the final say on whether this proposal is approved to proceed, considering the outcomes of the consultation.
