    Why do we need a Property Strategy?

    Council is responsible for the ongoing management and sustainability of the Park Lands and its buildings. This includes maintaining the condition of the Park Lands buildings and managing the leases and licences with the various occupiers and user groups.

    Council has an important role to play in developing a Property Strategy for the Park Lands which reflects a balance between Council's responsibility and the community's needs.

    After previous consultation with user groups, the proposed Strategy is now available for final comment.

    What happens to my feedback/submission?

    All submissions will be reviewed and assessed prior to the Strategy being presented to Council for final endorsement.

    Depending on the amount and type of feedback received, the proposed Strategy will be reviewed prior to final endorsement.
