What is RCC 2021?

RCC is a month-long activation of Victoria Square / Tarntanyagga, with three areas of focus within the event site – The Stables, Utopia and Chow Town. If the Option B proceeds, the site will be registered as an Adelaide Fringe 2021 venue.

The focus of the event will be creating a unique atmosphere centred around an area known as The Stables, an open-air stage that will operate as a rehearsal and training space by day and transformed into a formal performance space at night. This will be a space for performing artists of all disciplines to come together to network, train, perform and create.

The ticketed venue within the site will be Utopia, an immersive creative space that incorporates light, music, installation and performing art in a heavily designed space.

Chow Town will be a local selection of South Australian produce, working with existing South Australian operators to provide a diverse food and beverage offering.

How will the COVID-19 Pandemic impact this event?

All City of Adelaide event applications and approvals are subject to the event organiser/applicant complying with relevant laws, regulations, declarations and restrictions in respect of the outbreak of the Human Disease named COVID-19.
