Stage 1 of the Review was the preparation of a 'Representation Options Paper', which examined whether Council’s current structure provides the most beneficial structure for representation of its community, and whether those communities would benefit from changes to the composition, size or Ward structure of the Council.
Consultation on the draft Representation Options Paper ran from 11 March to 4 May 2021.
