Project background and information
The City of Adelaide conducted the 2020 Resident Survey to find out more about residents who own or rent a home in Adelaide (5000) or North Adelaide (5006). Results will help shape the activities, programs and services of the City of Adelaide. This had extra significance as we worked to achieve operational savings of $20m for the financial year 01 July 2020 - 30 June 2021.

The survey took an estimated 30-40 minutes to complete. All responses remained anonymous – optional contact information at the conclusion of the survey was used only as stated and was not linked back to the survey responses/respondents.
