What is the Residential Street Development Program?

The Residential Street Development Program (RSDP) aims to create beautiful, liveable streets that reflect the character of your neighbourhood and the needs of its residents through Adelaide City Council-funded works.

Is my street undergoing any works?

If your street has a project on the way, you will receive a letter either informing you of the works or requesting your feedback on a proposal.

How do I give feedback on works that are proposed for my street?

There are a number of ways you can provide feedback on proposed works.

You may have received a feedback form and reply-paid envelope in the original letter sent out to affected residents.

You can provide your feedback by using our online feedback form, go back to the main Residential Street Development page.

You can provide feedback via email at rsdp@adelaidecitycouncil.com

    What happens to my feedback?

If you are giving feedback on a project proposed for your street we’ll review everyone’s thoughts and ideas over the preceding weeks, and come back to you with a proposed design. After that we’ll take any final feedback before going ahead with the works.

Why isn’t my street having any works done this financial year?

As this is the first year of the RSDP, locations were identified through previous suggestions from Councilors, the Community City department of ACC, or through various site inspections. Never fear! The coming months (March-May 2014) will give you a chance to send in suggestions via this site. So if you have a great idea keep engaged with the program via the Your Say Adelaide webpages.

How do I contact the team with any broader queries around the program?

If you’d like to ask a question you can’t find an answer to here, or just give some feedback, please email the project team at rsdp@adelaidecitycouncil.com and we’ll get back to you as soon as we can.
