In 2010 the Migrant Resource Centre of South Australia Incorporated approached Council with a proposal to purchase the existing Community Centre located at 23-29 Coglin Street, Adelaide. Council has resolved to proceed with the sale of the Coglin Street Community Centre.
Although the property will be owned by the Migrant Resource Centre it will be subject to a Land Management Agreement which restricts it to community use following the sale. The property will continue as a community centre.
