During the latter half of 2013, we sought your comments on a series of documents that Council prepared in relation to the Planning Reform review.
The purpose of the Research and Observation Papers were to provide information on current arrangements of planning decision-making in the City of Adelaide and to help inform Council response to the Plannning Reform review.
The papers focused on three key topics in relation to planning in the City of Adelaide and they included:
Historic Heritage and Character which identifies issues relating to heritage and historic character.
Future Statutory Planning Systems is to provide information on current and emerging trends for statutory planning systems.
City Planning and Governance is to identify issues relating to the current governance of planning in the City of Adelaide.
