In addition to the standard requirements under the event lease, the organisers will be responsible for minimising impacts on the Park Lands by following Adelaide City Council’s Standard Operating Procedures for Events in the Park Lands.  The organisers will be responsible for restoring the park to its original condition at the end of the event.

Specifically the organisers have committed to undertaking the following Park Lands protection measures:

• Internal Traffic management plan implemented for Bonython Park / Tulya Wardli;
• Track matting for temporary surfaces to reduce vehicle impacts;
• Watering schedule throughout the event duration; and
• Areas where event vehicles will not be permitted.
  

No public car parking is provided for this event, event organisers actively promote public transport. The event site is adjacent to several tram stops and the organisers will arrange additional tram services on the event day.

The old netball courts in Bonython Park / Tulya Wardli are utilised by the event organisers for management and crew parking.

Yes. This is a ticketed event and will cost $120 - $150.

Approval for an event requiring public consultation is only given after the consultation period has concluded and Council has had the opportunity to review any submissions and the application.

Adelaide City Council discourages any event from promotions prior to Council approval.

The event will be required to adhere to the Adelaide City Council Event Noise Mitigation Standard Operating Procedures (SOP’s) for Multistage Music Festivals.

All event organisers have a responsibility to ensure noise impacts resulting from their event are minimised to ensure the comfort of those in surrounding areas as well as patrons, regardless of the type or scale of the event.
The advance notification letter will be distributed by the event organiser to potentially impacted businesses and residents no later than 14 days prior to the event start date. 

Adelaide City Council will also be appointing independent acoustic engineers to ensure compliance with acceptable noise levels. An event hotline phone number will be made available to the public during the hours of operation.

Access to the Bonython Park / Tulya Wardli event site will be affected from Monday 30 November to Wednesday 9 December 2015. However, the existing pedestrian and cycle paths will be maintained during set up and pull down. This includes the cycle path along the southern side of the River Torrens through Bonython Park / Tulya Wardli. On the event day an alternative route will be provided and sign posted in advance of these closures. Marshals will be positioned at key detour points to inform path users of the alternative routes.
