Consultation Outcome!
After the consultation period concluded the event organiser withdrew their application for the Park Lands.The new location is the InterContinental which is out of our jurisdiction.

Council sought your feedback on granting an application from ADELONIA Productions Pty Ltd for the use of Karrawirra (Park 12) – South bank to enable Surrender to take place from Friday 20 February to Sunday 15 March 2015.

Surrender is a new event being held during the Adelaide Fringe 2015. The audience will be involved in the setting up and running of an invented country lead by performers and community groups. This country will have town halls, bars, a space program, restaurants and a dance floor.

Council has a legislative responsibility to consult eith you before granting a temporary event lease as it may affect your access to the Park Lands.

    Surrender Park Lands Event Licence

    Submissions close 5 pm, 19 November.

    It is Council’s policy that for a formal submission to be received it must include your name and residential address. Formal submissions will be provided to Council and will be a publically available document.

    To complete your submission you will be asked to provide a Screen Name (user name for the site) and your E-mail Address at the end of the form. Please ensure that you remember your Screen Name and E-mail Address as it will enable you to provide feedback on other current consultation projects on Your Say Adelaide.
