University of Adelaide, 42 Year Lease Proposal

The University of Adelaide is applying for a 42 year lease over community land, that being, portions of Warnpangga (Park 10) and Karrawirra (Park 12) located in the Adelaide Park Lands.

Councils are required to formally undertake public consultation for a lease or licence over community land.

    It is with great pleasure that Council can now inform you that the lease between The University of Adelaide and The Corporation of the City of Adelaide has been signed and executed by both parties. We would like to take this opportunity to thank The University and all persons who provide feedback during the consultation for their time and efforts during this process.
