Victoria Park Kiosk Lease Proposal

Consultation has concluded

Petchy Holdings Pty Ltd is seeking to apply for a 9 year 11 month lease over community land, that being, a portion of Victoria Park /Pakapakanthi.

In 2012 Council undertook expressions of interest with the intent to reactivate vacant buildings located in Victoria Park /Pakapakanthi. Applications were assessed against a criteria that focused on activation, community benefit and overall sustainability. In 2013 we commenced with lease negotiations with the successful applicant, Petchy Holdings Pty Ltd.

Before we can approve a lease over Community Land, we are required to formally undertake public consultation with you to gather your comments, thoughts and feedback on this proposal.
