Council is aiming for optimal community use of the southern sports fields in Victoria Park as part of the master plan for Victoria Park.

We sought expressions of interest from not-for-profit sporting clubs/associations and education institutions for use of the southern fields for sporting activities that will benefit the community. The southern sporting fields consist of 9 rectangular fields, 5 ovals and 3 hard wicket cricket ovals (see map on the right-hand side).

    As part of the Victoria Park Master Plan, we were keen to explore opportunities with not-for-profit sporting clubs/associations and education institutions for use of the southern fields for sporting activities that will benefit the community.

    Congratulations to the organisations who were successfull in their application for sporting use of the southern sporting fields in Victoria Park.
