Council has a budget to undertake construction of the central gardens works within the financial year of 2012/ 2013.

The construction program is dependent on the final design. The program will be determined once the design consultants have completed works and a landscape contractor has been appointed.

No. A suggested layout was developed as part of the Victoria Park Masterplan 2008. Council is now seeking feedback from the community specific to the central gardens layout and design.

There are a number of ways in which you can provide feedback:

Feedback Form
Complete the Feedback Form which asks specific questions about the project and provides an opportunity for general comments regarding the project/proposal.

Community Consultation
Attend a community consultation at the Box Factory (ADDRESS) on the 5th of November at 6pm

Online/ Website Council
has a dedicated website that provides an opportunity for quick and efficient online feedback.
Visit yoursay.adelaidecitycouncil.com for information about the project and online ways to provide your comments.

Written Submissions
All written submissions must be received by 5.00 pm on the 16th of November and should be addressed to:

• Your feedback will be used to inform Council’s elected members.

• All feedback will be collated and provided to the consultant team to assist in the design of Victoria Park Central Gardens.

• All ideas will be considered in the development of the design for the new community gardens. There is no guarantee that all ideas will be included in the final design.

• This report will be made available on the Yoursay Adelaide website in late November 2012/ Early December 2012

All feedback forms, submissions or correspondence will be acknowledged either by email or in writing so that you know your comments/feedback has been received.
