There's always another chapter...

I have always loved books. They have been a constant companion – from childhood through primary and high school at Uni and now in adult life, there is such great joy in finding a comfortable spot with a cup of tea and a great read. It doesn’t have to be a solo venture though, some of my fondest memories of my children’s early years is the joy of reading to them in bed at night. Introducing them to Hairy McClary, The Cat in the Hat and the Magic Faraway Tree – just to name a few. The best thing about this for me is that I know this has created beautiful memories for them too and instilled in them the same love of books that has got me through good times and bad. My dog-eared copy of Hitchhikers Guide to the Galaxy has been read more times than I can remember and still makes me laugh out loud. Books truly are an integral part of my wellbeing.
