James O. Pawelski, Ph.D., is Professor of Practice and Director of Education in the Positive Psychology Center and Adjunct Professor of Religious Studies in the School of Arts and Sciences at the University of Pennsylvania. More information about Professor Pawelski, including a short biography can be found here.

Professor Pawelski is a global thought-leader in the areas of positive psychology, culture and wellbeing. The City of Adelaide has a strong interest in the wellbeing of its residents and visitors and we know that the diverse cultural experiences on offer in the city contribute to wellbeing. Professor Pawelski’s visit will help the City of Adelaide and key wellbeing and culture partners to better understand how we can enhance and amplify the benefits of culture on wellbeing for the benefit of its residents and visitors.
