Following consideration of the Council’s mid March submission, the Minister advised Council by way of letter dated 25 March 2013 of his decision to list 37 of the proposed 78 listings.
The final step in the process of the DPA is for the Minister’s decision to be reviewed by the Environment, Resources and Development Committee of State Parliament. The Committee’s 28 days of review has commenced and concludes on 8 May 2013.
