The City of Adelaide undertook a 3-month cleansing trial, increasing the cleaning in two zones across the city.
From 10.00am to 7.00pm, our City Clean Team provided enhanced cleaning services; scrubbing the footpath, cleaning the furniture, removing gum, pressure cleaning, and removing graffiti where required.
Council is focused on city pride; undertaking projects that will revitalise the City of Adelaide. This Cleansing Trial was been implemented to improve public spaces and ensure our city is a welcoming place for all.
We have heard from our community that a clean and well-maintained environment is important for creating a strong sense of community pride. We want our community to enjoy our city and everything the city has to offer. That's why our dedicated City Clean Team hit the streets, increasing the cleaning services we provide; ensuring a positive experience for residents, workers, and tourists.
