Boulton Street Upgrade project update.
The work on the Boulton Street upgrade has been completed - Photos of Boulton Street pre and post upgrade can be seen opposite.
Project background and information
The City has committed to upgrading the Streetscape in Boulton Street.
The proposed Boulton Street upgrade improvements will enhance the amenity of the street in response to community interest in improving its usability, and to address specific concerns around traffic and driver’s behaviours. This upgrade will deliver enhanced street aesthetics; traffic calming measures; improved usability of the footpaths; greening and increased tree canopy on the street included as part of our residential street tree commitments, and relocation of overhead powerlines underground.
This engagement will use community feedback to finalise the final Boulton Street upgrade layout options.
