Council received an application for the use of Bonython Park/Tulya Wardli to enable the Circus Royale to take place from 23 September to Sunday 18 October 2015.
We sought your feedback on the granting of this temporary event licence as it may have affected your access to the Park
Lands. A report was than presented to Council in March 2015 for a
decision regarding the temporary event licence. This application was
granted by Council in accordance with the Event Impact Statement
