    Hi allI’m really interested to hear your thoughts and views. Customer service is vitally important and at the centre of everything we do here at Council. We need to understand what you value so we can use this to shape our policies and strategies, now and in the future.Please share any good or bad customer service experiences you’ve had, or what you think Council should be focusing on.

      Customer Centre staff have always been very helpful when I have called about an issue. More online options to report a problem would be useful.

        Dear Mozab. Thanks for your comment. Did you know that Council has an App called 'Report It'. You can take a photo and it will report the exact location of the issue using GPS. You will also get a response via the App to advise you of the action taken. Take a look! Thanks for your feedback on the customer service centre - its always great to receive positive reports.

          Also...we are currently developing an online services strategy to deliver a greater range of services to the community. There is a survey you can complete on this website - or feel free to drop us a few ideas here now. Your feedback and ideas would be appreciated.

    it would be good to have an option to speak with someone in my native language

      Hi Michelle. You raise a valid point. Whilst we do have access to staff that speak a language other than English, we are always looking into ways of meeting the needs of the culturally diverse in our community. Thanks for your feedback.
