Project Information
City of Adelaide sought community feedback on the draft Code of Practice for Access to Council and Committee Meetings and Documents (the Code) to inform the development of the Code prior to the adoption by Council.
Review Outcome
On 28 November 2023 Council adopted the Code of Practice for Access to Council and Committee Meetings and Documents.
There were no significant changes from the draft Code which informed the Public Consultation, however, the Code was updated to include references to the Public Transparency Policy which was also adopted by Council on 28 November 2023.
The Code was also reviewed prior to the Council Meeting on 28 November 2023 to ensure consistency between the Public Transparency Policy and the Code.
