The purpose of this project is to provide the community and residents of Lefevre Terrace with street lighting that effectively enhances the amenity and actively contributes towards creating a safe and sustainable living environment in North Adelaide.
The sphere-shaped light fittings along Lefevre Terrace, along with many similar fittings around the City, have become too inefficient and expensive to operate and maintain cost-effectively
Some of the key benefits of switching to LED street-lighting:
Significant power savings;
Virtually maintenance-free operation;
Excellent light quality and consistency over its life-cycle;
Alignment with credible sustainability programs.
